What Does it Cover?
This Qualsafe Level 3 RQF accredited course covers:
- Scene Survey
- The primary survey
- CPR
- Use of the AED
- Management of the unconscious casualty
- Managing choking
- Wounds, bleeding and shock
It lasts for around 6 hours
There is continuous assessment of practical skills throughout the course along with a written test at the end of the course
It is certified for 3 years
