What happens when there are unique training needs amongst staff? Following an enquiry by a local training company we were able to produce a bespoke blended training course to match all requirements.

The Problem
The client wanted all staff to attend the same training course, and we had organised a first aid at work re-qualification course.
The issue was that one of the candidates didn’t have the right certification to join his colleagues which would have meant arranging a second course.
The Solution
We were able to offer the client in question a blended learning option which he could complete before the day.
This gave him the right certification to join with the remainder of the team for the additional training.
The Results
The entire workforce of the company are now certified in Level 3 First Aid At Work.
Now all staff meet the Health & Safety requirements for the company.
