    Here are some of the early warning signs of a heart attack

    • Chest pain / Indigestion / Crushing sensation or pressure
    • Jaw Pain
    • Arm Pain
    • Anxiety
    • Shortness of breath
    • Nausea or vomiting
    • Sweating Profusely
    • Pale
    • Cold
  • What should you do?

    If someone is having a heart attack it is important to act fast.  Here are some things you can do to help

    • Call for help by dialling 999 / 112
    • Make sure the person is sitting comfortably
    • Monitor them closely
    • If the person is carring an aspirin on them, is over 16 and not allergic to it you can encourage them to take it
